Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation and tracking details where available. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination. These are estimates; customs, peak periods, public holidays, weather and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend. Customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country may still apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking and Split Shipments

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after dispatch. Some orders may arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking details where available.

Addresses and Delays

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us immediately and we’ll try to correct it before dispatch.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
