All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple parcels to ensure faster delivery or due to warehouse availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realise an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
