At Mova Luxe Collection, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure your experience is smooth and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.
• To start a return, please email info@movaluxecollection.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for your request.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

We will happily replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and clearance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Sale or promotional items
• Personal or hygiene-related goods
• Items damaged by misuse or unauthorised modification

Return Process

  1. Contact info@movaluxecollection.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, description, and photos or videos of the item.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you authorised return instructions, including the correct return address.

  4. Do not send items to the address printed on the parcel or packaging—unauthorised returns may not be received or processed.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defective item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• In certain cases, a replacement item or store credit may be offered instead of a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
